Based in Reno, NV, Josh came from the world of motorsports and product design, with a degree in mechanical engineering and hands-on experience designing off-road race vehicles for events like the Baja 1000. Over time, he realized what he loved most was building systems that perform under pressure — not just on the track, but inside a business.

Today, that translates into the custom software underneath a business: operations platforms, the workflows behind them, and the lead management systems and automated follow-up that make sure no enquiry, job or invoice slips through the cracks. He cares deeply about building systems that are reliable, efficient, and shaped around how the business already runs, so they keep up as it grows.

Outside of RevvLaunch, Josh still carries that motorsports mindset: precision, performance, and a drive to keep improving what is already working.

Trevor came from the world of product distribution and account management at a Fortune 500 company, where he built a strong foundation in communication, relationship management, and understanding client needs at a high level. That experience shaped the way he now supports clients at RevvLaunch — with clarity, consistency, and a sharp eye for what matters most to the business owner.

He helps keep projects moving, opportunities acted on, and client communication tight so nothing falls through the cracks. Trevor plays a key role in making sure great work turns into a smooth, dependable client experience.

He is raising two young boys with his wife, Tasha, and has a real passion for golf and motorsports — especially dirt bikes and UTVs. That mix of family, focus, and energy shows up in how he supports both clients and the team.

Based in Reno, NV, Alex began his professional path in the U.S. Air Force, where discipline, structure, and attention to detail were non-negotiable. After completing his service, he moved into real estate and quickly developed a passion for web design, brand presentation, and helping agents create a stronger online presence.

That experience evolved into designing the screens people actually use: the dashboards a team works from, the portals customers log into, and the websites that feed new enquiries straight into a lead management system. Alex combines clean design with practical thinking about who is on the other side of the screen, so every build feels polished and modern and makes sense on day one.

What motivates him most is helping business owners present themselves at the level they know they are capable of — and giving them software their team and customers actually want to use, instead of something that holds them back.
