Privacy Policy

The short version

This website is run by Revv Launch LLC, which is who "we" and "us" mean on this page. It asks you for nothing unless you send us a message. The contact form is the only way to reach us from here, and what you type into it is the only thing we hold about you. There is no newsletter signup and no account to create.

What we collect

Nothing automatically. The pages carry no analytics, no advertising pixels and no third party trackers.

If you use the contact form, we receive the name, email address, company and message you enter, and the time you sent it. We keep that so we can reply to you and, if we end up working together, so we can do the work.

Spam protection

The contact form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that a person rather than a bot is sending it. To make that check, Cloudflare processes information about your connection and browser, such as your IP address and browser type, under its own privacy policy. It does not receive what you type into the form.

Cookies

The site sets no cookies of its own. Your browser may cache pages and fonts to load them faster, which is ordinary browser behaviour rather than something we control or read.

Who else sees it

We do not sell, rent or share your details. Our hosting provider necessarily processes the requests that deliver these pages and carry your message. Messages from the form are stored in the customer management system we use to reply to them, and Cloudflare runs the spam check described above. Beyond that, nobody.

Client data

This policy covers this website only. When we build and run software for a client, the data inside that system belongs to the client and is governed by the agreement we sign with them, not by this page.

Asking us to delete it

Ask through the contact form and we will delete the messages and contact details we hold for you, unless we are required to keep them for accounting or legal reasons.

Changes

If this site adds analytics or anything else that collects information, this page gets updated before that goes live, and the date at the top changes with it.
